Very friendly, lots of help. Patient and willing to take time to explain. Richard does fishing. He not just a salesman. Big, big help. I've bought 2 boats from him. I'm willing to drive the extra miles for good service.

I have been meaning to write this for over a year, Rona gives me time.

I was looking for a particular boat and contacted Mare. They didn't have it but had one coming from Bass Tracker that was spoken for.

BUT, they would gladly take my name and number and if for some reason it didn't work out they would call me. A month later, I had forgotten the conversation, they called and I got the boat I wanted.

I cant explain how important it is to be welcomed by a team of folks that make it clear up front theyre there to listen to your needs and then deliver... The turn around time for the work on my Phoenix 920 (literally with one week before BASS open on Norman), was superbly fast and I was super impressed.

Special thanks to Thomas and Richard and the entire crew in which I didnt get all their names.

They even found issues I didnt realize I had with the Merc and handled as well!

I know where Ill be getting my next Phoenix!
